The Meditation 101 workshop teaches practical yoga, breathing and meditation, as a simple sequence. Moving from body to breath to a calm mind, it takes you to a state of deep relaxation. Learn to de-stress, re-energize and take home simple, effective and powerful practices.
This 4-week workshop has been designed for those looking to experience meditation for the first time as well as seasoned meditators.
